Remote Support
We use secure software called DWService that allows Midwest Computer to remotely control and assist you over the internet.
Please select your operating system to download the software. Choosing “Run” during the install process will run the software temporarily and not permanently install it. The DWService software will then provide a User ID and Password. We will use this for secure connection.
